Treetop has always been about community.

It started as a simple idea—a camping trip with friends, some wine, cocktails, and a bit of cooking.

That was almost four years ago. Since then, Treetop has grown into a wandering family—of friends and strangers, of chefs, makers, adventurers, and (if we’re being corny) dreamers.

This journey has been nothing short of inspiring, and it’s only been made possible by the beautiful people we’ve met along the way. And those beautiful people? They know how to make some incredible food.

So we thought: why not gather recipes from our community and create a collective cookbook? A little tribute to the flavors and stories that have shaped our time together.

Each chef featured here has been an essential part of our journey. We’re honored to share their food and the recipes that mean something to them.

Treetop has always tried to champion small farms and food accessibility. With that in mind, the proceeds from this cookbook will be donated to two organizations doing vital work:
Gaza Sunbirds and World Central Kitchen—both providing community-led food aid to the people of Gaza.
